How do I send my song?
Reply to the confirmation email you get after checkout with the final mix (WAV or MP3), the lyrics (not needed for Cover + Canvas), the title and your artist name. For large files, send a download link.
When do I get my kit?
Within 7 days of receiving your song. You pick one of three watermarked covers first, then we make the rest and email you a download link. A Full Release, music video included, also arrives within 7 days.
What is in each package?
Cover + Canvas ($9.9) is the cover with and without the title, plus a 5-second Spotify Canvas loop. The Release Kit ($29.9, $19.9 in early access) adds a full lyric video in 16:9 and 9:16 and three 15-second shorts. The Full Release ($199.9, $169.9 in early access) adds a full music video, for songs up to 3 minutes; longer songs are quoted by email.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Any time before delivery you get a full refund, no questions asked. After delivery, every file can be redone once for free within 14 days. See the refund policy at sonafold.com/refunds.
Will the files pass Spotify and my distributor?
Every file is checked against the platform spec before delivery: Canvas length and frame, cover size, and no text or links on the Canvas.
Do the lyrics stay in time?
The lyric video is timed to the vocal, line by line. If a line lands early or late, drag it into place before export.
What if I don’t like a piece?
Every file can be redone once within 14 days of delivery, and anything that fails our checks is remade at no cost.
Can I send a song I didn’t make?
Only send music you own or control the rights to. You confirm this at checkout, and we act on rights complaints.
Where can I use the visuals?
Anywhere you release and promote the song: streaming profiles, socials, YouTube and press. The full licence is shown before you pay.
